John Terry to serve one-match ban
Football Association dismissed John Terry’s appeal against the red card he got during the Chelsea’s FA Cup clash with Peterborough on Saturday. He was dismissed in the 66th minute at Stamford Bridge, for bringing down Lee Angol, Peterborough striker.
Due to the one game suspension, he will have to miss saturday’s premier league clash against Leicester City, who are the champions.

“John Terry will serve a one-match suspension with immediate effect after his wrongful dismissal claim was unsuccessful, following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing.The Chelsea defender was sent off for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity during The Emirates FA Cup third round tie against Peterborough United on Sunday.”
