Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City manager revealed that his coaching career might be ending soon. The 45 year old signed a three-year contract at the Etihad Stadium last summer, but now, he his rethinking when he will retire and it might not be when he is 60.
“I will be at Manchester for the next three seasons, maybe more, but I am arriving at the end of my coaching career, of this I am sure,” he told NBC Sports, prior to City’s 2-1 Premier League win over Burnley on Monday. “I will not be on the bench until I am 60 or 65 years old. I feel that the process of my goodbye has already started.”
Throughout his career since 2007 in Barcelona, Guardiola has already won 22 trophies.
